First Time with WebObject

Hello everybody,

I just registered to this group in order to understand how to move to 
WO.

I work on Windows platform using other technologies [ Apache, mysql, 
postgresql, PHP, ASP, IIS, Ecplise ] and I have to learn to work on 
WO.

What I really need to develop with WO ?

Could i work only on my Windows ?
Or have I to buy a MAC supporting WebObject ?
