WO 5.3 App Deployment

Hi,
Is there a change on how to deploy WO apps under 5.3?
I have noticed that my apps doesn't get compiled in
the same location:
/Library/WebServer/Documents/WebObjects - for
webserver apps
/Library/WebObjects/Applications - for deployment apps
I can't seem to find where WO 5.3 is placing all the
compiled apps.
Can anyone please help me? =( Any help is greatly
appreciated.
