problems with upgrading to WO 5.2.3

Hi all,
   
   Hope all of u r fine n doing wel.I have saome prob with my application.Earlier my application was on WO 5.1.3 and java 1.3.But now our application is upgraded to WO 5.2.3 and jav 1.4.I am facing some problems with these upgrades.
   
  Main problem is inheritence hierarchy is not working for enterprise objects.
  For example , A is an enterpriseobject class generated from EOmodeler and by default it is extending EOEnterpriseObject.
  B is another enterpriseobject class but it extends class A.
   
  Now storedvalueforkey function is not working for class B and its giving error like:
  com.webobjects.foundation.NSKeyValueCoding$UnknownKeyException: <IndividualTech 0x18787c9> valueForKey(): lookup of unknown key: 'user'.
This class does not have an instance variable of the name user or _user, nor a method of the name user, _user, getUser, or _getUser

  One more problem is when i am doing a fetch on object of type B ,the  objects are coming as a result of fetch are of type A(super class).Due to this i am getting ClassCastException in my application.
   
  I hav to put the solution ASAP and Its very urgent for me .So anybody plzz help me on dis issue.
