Issue 83: ComponentRevealExample in AjaxExample is broken

Hello, There's an example in the AjaxExample application that doesn't work, or, at least, doesn't do what it says it should do: https://github.com/projectwonder/wonder/issues/83 Ray Kiddy describes the problem in the ticket copied over from WONDER-734. The issue seems to come down to attempting to use a HTML 'link' element (to reference some CSS) inside the body of the page, and this works once, but doesn't work on subsequent reveals. As I note in the ticket, I don't think this is a "bug", as such, but just a bad example.
