ERQuartzScheduler and instance scheduling

Hi,

I am using ERQuartzScheduler to run periodic jobs, and I notice that when an instance is scheduled to restart by means of JavaMonitor, quartzscheduler no longer works as expected.
More precisely, jobs are not triggered and the jobs info page shows no scheduled jobs.
Is there an incompatibility betwen the two?
