Localizing ERModernLook

Hi, I am back to D2W after several unsuccessful attempts in the past, hoping that ERModernLook will fit my needs better than previous versions (thanks David for this fantastic improvement). I have a first dumb question: Where can action names be localized? More generally, back in Anjo's time, there used to be a D2W app to contribute localized strings for all languages. Is there something similar for ERModernLook? Or at list, is there a (or several) list(s) of properties that I could localize to French once and for all and contribute back to Wonder?
