I heard that Oracle intended to open source JavaFX and release versions for mobile devices (iOS and Android). I don't know JavaFX, but it seems to be lighter, easier than Swing and it does describe user interfaces with xml, pretty much like D2JC used to do (sorry: does). So I was wondering whether we could have CRUD applications for mobile devices based on the EODistribution framework, with sharing of code between client and server. I don't know if and how JavaFX intend to implement persistence on the client though... JPM ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Everyone hates slow websites.
