Missing 'Network Framework'

Hi, all,

I have followed the installation instruction
here<http://wiki.wocommunity.org/display/documentation/Project+Wonder+Installation>.
I installed the eclipse plugin ias well as WebObject framework.

However I am unable to create a new project in eclipse. Eclipse complaints
about invalid build path. It seems like the problem is due to the missing
'Network Framework'. Apparently I need some files in
/Network/Library/Frameworks.

I have searched the documentation and the newsgroup archive but I could not
find anything relevant. Do you know from where I can download the Network
Framework?

Currently using OSX 10.8.2 and XCode 4.6
