Hi Michael, sounds as your request matches a change I did quite some time ago. I did a patch for creating the resource URL for embedded frameworks just as you noted. I guess, its time to do this and create a pull request for this change. I will let you know of the pull request, so you can integrate it pretty soon, if you wish.
