Change to wonder branches

FYI,

Some minor simplification of wonder repo has been started as follows:


- default branch is integration
- master branch has been tagged as archive/master.2013.08.19
- master branch has been deleted


This is an easy step 1 transition and will prevent accidental pull requests against old master which is not where development is happening.

If you are unsure about how to clean up your remote refererences in your local clone just do thia:

$ git fetch --all --prune


At some later date we will rename "integration" to "master" - just not going to do it now and cause all kinds of confusion.
