Ons side effect of renaming "integration" to "master" it that it appears to have closed any Pull Requests that were open since the target branch (integration) no longer exists.

So if you had one open, then you may need to fix it up by rebasing on the new master or cherry-picking to the new master and resubmitting your pull request.
