maven package question

I'm adding maven builds to some existing projects (frameworks and apps) and am having some trouble with the packaging. 

The embedded frameworks show up as expected in the ant build, but when I package the project in maven, I only get the WebServerResources part of the embedded frameworks. The woapplication looks fine, but the embedded frameworks aren't embedded.

The application and frameworks build successfully, but don't have any of the embedded framework code (other that WebServerResources)

I would expect the target/Project.woa directory to be similar to the output of the ant build process and then the Project.woapplication.tar.gz and Project.wowebserverresources.tar.gz to be equivalent to the ant counterparts. Is that correct?

What am I missing here?
