Re: Deployment Mode WAR

Hi Ron,

I dont’ deploy using WAR, but I’m not sure this is a WAR-specific question. 

I believe the issue is that in development WO is very good at just finding files that are in the bundle, even if they are not where you say they are. When running in production the static WebServerResources are likely no longer in the Application bundle and therefor WO can no longer do its magic.

Is that really the location of the file? If you try to load that file directly, using a web browser can you load it? If you can, what is the exact URL that it is using?

Based on the filename, it appears that it WO is looking in the root of your WebServerResources directory for it. Is it really there, or is it in a sub-directory?

Based on your earlier email about deployment paths, it appears that the image is in  WebServerResources/images/CS_logo_big.png

So that file name should likely be "images/CS_logo_big.png” instead.
