Apache 2.4 (.7) 'Segmentation fault'

To get it working again, I have to completely stop/start apache (a = restart doesn=E2=80=99t appear to work). "WOShmem_unlock()=E2=80=9D might implicate the WebObjects adaptor. Has anyone seen this behaviour before, or know how to fix it?
