erxservletadaptor.jar ant problem

Wonder contributers (to whom I'm grateful),

I have just installed a new version of Wonder frameworks from source cloned today. I have found an error in that erxservletadaptor.jar is missing from the installed ERJars.framework.

I compiled using the cli commands: ant frameworks; sudo ant frameworks install

I note that this change was recently made: "Replaced erxservletadaptor.jar by its source file ERXServletAdaptor.java." I suspect this is related to the problem I found.
