We use it all the time, and have never seen an application-level issue =
that I can recall. We occasionally see obscure time zones reported by =
browsers (e.g., 'SystemV/CST6=E2=80=99 from a Samsung/Android phone) =
which cause issues elsewhere in the app, but that=E2=80=99s pretty much =
it. And, for what it=E2=80=99s worth, we stick it at the bottom of the =
page.
