Eclipse hangs

Hello,  I am using the following:

*         Eclipse 3.6.1 (Helios SR1)

*         WebObjects 5.4.3

*         WOLips 3.6.6206

*         MacOSX 10.6.4

Eclipse periodically hangs with the spinny color pinwheel for no particular reason.  Last time it happened I had just right clicked on a file in WO Explorer.  Is there something I can do to correct this?
