The WOCommunity Repository [1] points to the server you mentioned. I've tried and it seems be working. Could you please try again and let us know if the issue persist?

We are moving our services to Amazon EC2 and this migration includes the WOCommunity Repository. I'll make a public announcement as soon as the migration is complete.
