Problems with adding new template

I'm adding a new REST template into WOLips, but I'm having troubles with =
it=85  I can create a project from the template if I do File -> New -> =
Other -> WOLips -> WO Project from Template, and everything is fine. But =
I also added the template in File -> New, and from there, I get:

  There was no project template with the name ERRest Application

I do have a template with that name =
(wolips/core/plugins/org.objectstyle.wolips.templateengine/ProjectTemplate=
s/ERRest Application), so I don't know why I'm getting this. I unzipped =
the jar build by Ant and the template is there too, so it's not a build =
problem.

Related to this: I found that if I upgrade WOLips from my local =
site/build, the File -> New selection doesn't change, I have to =
uninstall and install WOLips again to see the changes. Is this normal?=
