[bug #64808] When I use wget to download some files from a web server, files with russian names do not get proper names

Follow-up Comment #7, bug#64808 (group wget):

Of course you can't. The problem is that app.kali.by is our intranet web
server, it can't be seen outside the entreprise LAN.
Maybe I should try to put some files with russian names on github.
I guess the result will be the same.
