Navigation Bar cannot be displayed after wgetting www.doxygen.nl

Hello, Wget Development Team.

Recently, I tried to run wget to download Doxygen's website, www.doxygen.nl,
with the following command:

*wget --mirror --convert-links --adjust-extension --page-requisites
--no-parent https://www.doxygen.nl/ <https://www.doxygen.nl/>*

However, everything seems well except that the Navigation Bar cannot be
displayed.

What happened? Is this a bug of Wget? If so, how to fix this?

Environment:

   - OS version: Windows 11
   - Wget version: 1.21.4

C:\Users\hwhsu1231>where wget
> C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\bin\wget.exe


> C:\Users\hwhsu1231>wget --version
> GNU Wget 1.21.4 built on mingw32.
