That French officials websites require Google Chrome is one thing (IMO pretty
stupid decision, actively denying your freedom of choice).
Another things is that Wget is not working to download Google Chrome. It works
for me, btw. Without concrete information on what your command line looks
exactly, you are on your own.
Closing this as INVALID, as the title suggests that you think, wget should be
able to install Google Chrome, which it isn't made for.
