Follow-up Comment #4, bug #65978 (group wget):

Again, the problem is the French administration and Google, NOT WGET. The
solution is NOT to start using Windaube, but to stop using Chrome. Both
Microsoft Windaube and Google Chrome are pieces of malware. The French
administration is the party to be pressured to fix its stupidity and stop
relying on proprietary malware.
