wget LFS patch

Hi,

I recently found that the last wget release does not support LFS and that the
CVS version does it incorrectly.

So here is a patch for wget 1.9.1 : it changes the file size types and adds the
define needed for default LFS support.

I did not make it on the CVS version because it does not seem to work well.

I just tested it on a 3GB file, and it seems ok. A little enhancement could
still be applied to restrain the define from being made in environment where the
is no LFS support. A little change to configure.in should do it fine, but a
supplementary define shouldn't hurt.
