It has been renamed to `openssl.c' (since it is now the only place
with OpenSSL-specific code) and Makefiles should no longer be
referencing it.

Maybe you simply need to re-run `configure.bat' so that the new
Makefiles are copied from the windows/ directory to the target ones.
