Titles on external links

Hi, I've been using awkiawki for a while now and am finding it very handy.

Is there a way to have it display titles rather than urls for external link=
s?
I've looked through the source an though I can find the line which formats
external links I don't understand awk well enough to modify that in a useful
manner (I'm more of a perl hacker).

Any help/comments would be appreciated.
