If you have my InterWikiHack patch, you can do that.
With the patch, you can write links of the form

     wiki://InterWikiMoniker/stuff

For example,

    wiki://Google/awkiawki

        Link to Google to search for "awkiawki"


    wiki://MoinMoin/InterWiki

        Link to the MoinMoin Wiki page's for the WikiName "InterWiki"

In your case, assuming that your Wiki has the InterWikiName
RobinRoweWiki, try this:

    wiki://RobinRoweWiki/04.01.17


If the patch isn't already in the AwkiAwki distribution, you can get it
