new features

Hi,

long time ago since the last update of awkiawki, sorry.
The reason is, I don't use awkiawki at present and so my priority
is lowered since the first versions of awki.

I added the meta refresh tag as suggested by Jose. There is a new
localconf variable for the PATH environment (the new PATH is 
path:$PATH).

I also added rcs diffs as requested earlier. Please test the news 
features
and report any bugs.

David, the interwiki is the next item on my todo list.

PS: After I updated the script on awkiawki.bogosoft.com I found out that
it isn't possible to list the pages, history and to search any more. It 
is
working here on a local installation. I submited this bug to sf.net. 
Maybe
you encounter something similar.
