edit_locking does not work

Hi all,

I believe this is a bug in the current 1.1 Version.

We tried several entries by edit locking e.g.

edit_locking = 'warn 120'


We got the following results:

The user who is editing gets a comment with the right time e.g. warning
or lock for others for the next 120 minutes.

But this doesn't work for the second editor.This one could edit the same
~ page after 30 seconds waiting. The warning or lock message appears only
for the first click on the page. By the second click it seems to be
closed by the first editor.

It would be fine if this could be fixed soon.
