Finishing up the sv_SE.

Hey there!

I'm suposed to fix the final lingual bits of language sv.

Anyway, I checked out the latest CVS stuff, but I got this error:

If it is indeed broken, I think it's a very bad habit to put unusable stuff 
into the CVS.

Any updates that will fix this?
