Introduction.

Hello MoinMoin Developers! 

I have been working on a technique of managing websites I call WikiWare,
or Wiki Transclusion.

Organisations that use my technique use MoinMoin as a private collaboration
tool, there public website is written in PHP, and gets it's content from
MoinMoin.
