CR/LF should be completely ignored in any line that is 
starting with ## - however, its not. If you try to make 
comment within a table it breaks the table into two 
parts.

I hacked the line by line parser to fix that. Will be in 1.2.2.

But as this parser has also some other serious problems, we
plan to change this anyway - a new parser is on the todo
list (1.3 or later).
