I didn't have a problem last week.
I also just did a tla update and that worked.
I'm very new to tla so I don't know if that exercises the same parts of 
the archive :)

OK, realised that wasn't helpful...
I blatted my copy and just did a tla get moin--main--1.3 and it 'works 
for me' :)
