There are two XMLRPC actions(for V1 and V2). Some info can be found on
http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/WikiRpc.

Be aware that xmlrpc is not under active use and only very little tested.
Because of this the putPage does not honour the Pagename parameter but
always overwrites the same page to prevent accidential damage.
