moinmoin and moinmaster run py 2.4b1
linuxwiki and my testwiki run py 2.3.4

I guess its an incompability or bug in py 2.4b1 (its beta, isn't it?)
and moin 1.3 aims at py 2.2.3 and py 2.3.X, correct?

So we can ignore this.

To get moinmoin and moinmaster running again: Thomas has to downgrade
to a stable python version :)
