where's the code responsible for parasing word into hyperlink?

I know that if a word 'X' is the title of a wikipage, and  the word 'X' 
is on some other wikipage Y, X will become a hyperlink on Y.  Where's 
the code responsible for parasing X into hyperlink?

Q: How can I get auto parsing CamelCased word into hyperlinks, to work 
w/ my parsed HTML code (from docbook-xml + docbook xsl stylesheet + 
moin's xslt parser)?
