action for the attachments.

I can't reproduce this bug on current CVS. I think it either
was a user error or it was solved meanwhile. Please report
again if you still have the problem.

You need to be logged in to delete stuff (attachments or
wiki pages). At least this is the way cvs-latest handles it
by default.

If you use ACLs, you maybe also want to check your ACL settings.
