missing send mail button solved - my fault

Dear all,

sorry for the last mail. It was definitfly my fault, I haven't seen that
there was a cookie active while I switched from an alias name to the
normal hostname. If the user is really logged off the button is at the
right place and it works.

I'll try to do more tests before I do the next "I have a problem"  posting.
