Re: Installing help and system pages in 1.9.6

Go to the wiki, make sure you are logged on as the admin account and
navigate to /LanguageSetup?action=language_setup.

I've found it simplest to pick the "Install all pages" option at the bottom
of that page, but you can pick and choose.
