Thanks for the suggestion, but running the command results in a bunch of log 
lines that concludes with:

"MoinMoin.error.ConfigurationError: ImportError: No module named wikiconfig"

The copied site still doesn't load.  I'll keep tinkering with it, but this 
thing does seem quite the bear to get working properly.
