Initial Comment:
Consider the following:

* DesasterRecovery

where the linked page has already been edited and saved.

When fixing the spelling mistake, i.e. changing the
above to:

* DisasterRecovery

this results in a new link (i.e. with the question mark
to the right) rather than still pointing to the
existing one.

This is with 1.3.7 on Debian woody using the db2 backend.
