PhpWiki 1.3.7

I'm not sure if this is merely local to my host, however 
the result of passencrypt doesn't work with PhpWiki's 
admin login. Rather than tinkering with passencrypt, I 
manually called <?php print(crypt('mypassword')); ?> 
and pasted it into index.php's ADMIN_PASSWD variable.
