Summary: [Enhancement] Separate install script

Initial Comment:
Installation would be much easier if installation was
performed in a separate script.

1) I could not set User Authentication in config.ini on
the initial install, as the authentication came before
the installation.

2) With a separate install, it is easier to do repeated
installs.

3) A separate install script is safer. Once ready, the
script can be deleted.

4) The installation script could detect if the MySQL
backend had been selected and run sources/mysql.sql.
