Summary: dot* pagename problem

Initial Comment:
Hi,

I encountered the following problem: If a pagename
starts with a dot, a different page permissions are
probably used. It ends with calling a member method on
a non-object. More precisely, the problem is in the
file PagePerm.php at lines 216 and 411 (we use version
1.3.9).

I've tried this on your wiki too (not a good idea?..i
just wanted to know whether it is only our problem or
not..:-(..sorry) and it now shows an error message for
example on the RecentChanges page.
