Fix for bug in Email Notification

Hi Reini and all,

I've seen several times the bug you've recently fixed (Unknown modifier ? At any page save) in my wiki. Unfortunately, I can't find a scenario that makes the bug easily reproducable. Thus, I can't check if your fix solves my problem.
Do you have any idea how to reproduce the bug ?
