Sure, but it depends on the apps, not on phpwiki.
Mediawiki uses a couple of phpwiki plugins, but there is no general 
solution.
phpwiki uses our HtmlElement, PageList and WikiPlugin libs and other 
apps usually not. Other apps also do not use our plugin syntax.
