invalid token (action : regen)

Hello, hello,

I have just updated my pmwiki installation to last version (from
2.3.21) and I encounter a slight issue now when using action=regen ;
error message is related to missing token or invalid.

Is that something one can fix ? or do I have to disable token for such
action ? in that case, how to do that, since I don't understand how to
use the commands given in the release note for 2.3.23.
