Happy New year and happy 25th

I'd like to wish the entire PmWiki community a Happy New year and the best
for 2024
(and yes it's already 2024) where I am).

More importantly I'd like to wish Mr Petko Yotov
<https://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Profiles/Petko> a sincere and fulsome
congratulations on completing 25 years (since 2009) of being the PmWiki
core developer, having started in 2006!
The statistics <https://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/PayForPmWiki> of his
contributions are truly impressive.

This means I have been using PmWiki for more than <oh my gosh> years, but
most importantly a huge vote of thanks to Petko <https://5ko.fr/Accueil/>
and PM <https://www.pmichaud.com/> for a very long lasting, functional,
easy to use, supported, free, and fantastic content management system.

Also from me an acknowledgement to the PmWiki community for the recipes
(add-ons), many of which I use, and other contributions
<https://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/PayForPmWiki> to the cause, keep them
rolling in.
