Re: Convert wiki to UTF-8?

Hi,

I have now converted our wiki with the help of your recipe.
It seems to have worked well.
Some information:
Server OS: Redhat Enterprise 7.9
File system: xfs
PHP: 8.1
Number of groups in the wiki: approx 70
Pages: 3700.

I've added a recipe that migrates wiki page files and attachments from
an older 8-bit encoding to UTF-8.

Please have a recent backup snapshot before proceeding, then follow the
instructions.

This may or may not work on MacOSX filesystems.
