Problem building wml-2.0.9 on Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther, Darwin 7.0.0)

Context:
	Building wml-2.0.9 on Mac OS X 10.3.1 Panther

Problem:
	Default configuration emits command with ' ... -bundle ... 
-install_name ... '
	but '-install_name' is valid only with '-dynamiclib'.  Make stalls 
with error.
	Simply forcing '-dynamiclib' by replacing '' block with 
constant
	gives rise to another error.

Workaround:
	./configure ... --with-module=no ...
	May have sub-optimal consequences
